How it all works
Three pieces work together: the site, the addon in your game, and the companion on your PC.
The three pieces
- hashenvale.com — your account, the Codex, the armory, the gear planner, the campaign and its ladder. It is the memory: it counts your guild XP and decides your rank.
- The Hashenvale addon (CurseForge) — reads your character and seals a sheet every time you log out or
/reload: level, gear, professions, recipes, bags, bank, kills, bosses, books, the guild roster. It also shows the guild bar, the toasts and the guild window. - The companion (a small Windows app) — carries the sheets from your game folder to the site, and brings the site's word back into the game (your totals, your gear list, who earned a rank, who cleared which dungeon).
Getting set up, in order
- Sign in on hashenvale.com with Discord (or Battle.net — link the other one later from
/account). - Install the addon from the CurseForge app (search “Hashenvale”).
- On
/account, make a link code and type/hv link CODEin the game — one code per character. - Optional but recommended: install the companion from
/accountand leave it open while you play.
Without the companion your sheets still reach the site: a guildie online with a companion carries them for you (see “How your character reaches the site”).
One coin, one rank
Everything you do earns guild XP — every kill, every node, every quest, every craft — double with a guildie beside you. It gives you a guild level that never ends: at level 60 your character keeps earning. Your guild level plus your chapter's missions is your rank.
