What we collect

Your poll answers and the name you gave. If you sign in: your Discord id, username and email (Discord), your BattleTag and Battle.net id (Battle.net), the email you add yourself, and your wallet's public address if you link one. If you use the guild's addon: what it reads from your own characters (level, gear, professions, bags and bank, reputations, guild rank) and the guild XP, reputation and missions counted from it. We never see your wallet's private key or any password.

What we do with it

Show the guild who is rolling what (the roster is public, by the name you chose), reach you about raid nights and the launch, and show your HASH balance on your own account page. That's all. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for ads.

Cookies and your browser

This site keeps only what it needs to work, so it asks you nothing before it loads: no analytics, no ad or social pixels, no tracking cookies of any kind. What it keeps, in your browser's local storage:

• Your sign-in token, if you sign in - it is what keeps you signed in.
• Your language (English or Spanish).
• A random voter key and the name you gave on the polls, so your answers stay yours between visits.
• A one-time check while you sign in with Discord or Battle.net (it protects the sign-in and is removed when you come back).
• Small choices you made on the pages: the side (Horde or Alliance) on the Codex, which steps of the join guide you left open, an invite code if you typed one.
• Cloudflare, which protects the site, may set its own security cookie to tell people from bots. Officers who open the admin page get the usual sign-in and anti-forgery cookies there.

The item tooltips come from Wowhead: when a page with items opens, your browser loads Wowhead's tooltip script and icons, so Wowhead sees your address the way any website you visit does - the script sets no cookies on this site and tracks nothing for us. Our fonts are served from our own server. To remove everything above: sign out, or clear this site's data in your browser.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except the services that make sign-in work: Discord and Battle.net (the door you use), and the public blockchain your wallet lives on - a wallet address is public by nature. Members signed in see the guild's armory (never gold, bags or bank, except item by item in Who has it). The site runs on our own server behind Cloudflare.

Your rights

Ask and we delete your account, your answers and your characters' sheets, no questions. Unlink a door or a wallet any time from your account page. Write to [email protected].

Not affiliated

Hashenvale is a fan site, not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. Battle.net sign-in only shares your BattleTag; the guild addon shares only what it reads from your own characters.
